Information, briefs, or guidelines for orders must be specified during order confirmation, and any new or altered information will not be accepted during the revision request.

If new information is provided during a revision request, an additional fee may be applicable.

Refund Policy

Customers can request a refund within 10 days of the initial delivery if we fail to follow provided information, even after revisions.

Refund requests should be emailed to helperssassignment@gmail.com, and the company will evaluate and respond within 5 business days.

Refunds will be granted after a thorough investigation and provision of verifiable proof of issues with the delivered work.
